WHAT CAN I SELL?

Take the time to ensure your items are in excellent condition, with no tears, stains or lint, and that the fabric is unscented and unwrinkled. We may remove any items that are not in good condition.

MAX ITEM QUANTITY: You can have 40 items total for sale at any given time during your rental. As your items sell, you are welcome to replenish. Track your real-time sales & inventory in your Seller Portal, and enter your new items on our listings page, so we can print your barcodes when you come in.

CLOTHING: Bring us your gently used, excellent condition clothing. Be mindful of the season! No one wants your puffer jacket in June, but I bet someone wants that dress you wore to your co-workers black-tie wedding last summer. Ditto for those final sale jeans you took a chance on at the SSENSE black friday sale.

ACCESSORIES: Like new, or gently used handbags, shoes, hats & belts are welcome

JEWELRY: We don't accept jewelry just yet, but we will soon.

HOW DO I LIST AND PRICE MY ITEMS?

Fill out the fields on our Product Listing page and click SUBMIT. From there, you can add another item or click FINISH. That's it! Your items are now processing in our system. If you'd like to get a summary of your items submitted before your rental date starts, send us a message.

HOW DO I SET UP MY RACK?

Your rack set-up window is one day prior to to your rental start date, anytime between 11am-5pm.

Bring your items to the shop and we will have a rack, hangers, hangtags and your barcode labels ready for you.

I DON'T HAVE TIME TO SET UP MY RACK, DO YOU OFFER A DROP OFF SERVICE?

Yes! You can add full service, where you can drop and pick up your items, and we do all the hanging, tagging and packing up, or you can add services a la carte. Click here to add a service.

We do not offer a service for listing and pricing your items at this time. Send us a message to request this feature.

CAN I CHOOSE MY RACK LOCATION?

The Crowd Went Wild is a boutique experience for both our sellers and shoppers. We re-merchandise often, and feature revolving mixed-rack edits (like the epic denim wall we have in the works). We don't restrict racks to a certain spot in the store, and that's a good thing. The store is not be a static space– so all of our merchandise gets its time to shine, and always feels fresh and new for customers.

HOW DO I GET PAID?

Payments are made via Paypal or Zelle, 5 business days after your rental period ends. Track your sales and payments anytime during your rental on your Seller Portal page.
